At Uahpet, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the provided return authorization form inside the box.

Ship the Item

Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
